【摘要】:1.1Theserequirementscoverductedheatrecoveryventilatorsintendedtoremoveairfrombuildings,replaceitwithoutsideair,andintheprocesstransferheatfromthewarmertothecolderair.Theseunitsareintendedtobeconnectedtoductsystemsthatinterconnectroomsorspaceswithinbuildingsforexhaustingtheindoorairand/ordistributingtheoutdoorair.1.2Theserequirementscoverheatrecoveryventilatorsratedat600voltsorless,andintendedtobeinstalledinordinarylocationsinaccordancewiththeNationalElectricalCode,NFPA70.Theseunitsmayalsoincludemeansforairfiltration.1.3Theserequirementsapplytoheatrecoveryventilatorsemployinggas-,oil-,orgas-oil-firedorelectricresistanceheatingmeans.Therequirementsfortheconstructionandperformanceofgas,oil,andgas-oilburners,heatexchangers,electricresistanceheaters,andcomponentsforthedirectcontroloftheutilizationoftheseheatingmeansaretobethoseincludedinotherapplicablestandards.1.4HeatrecoveryventilatorsareintendedforinstallationinaccordancewiththeStandardfortheInstallationofAirConditioningandVentilatingSystems,NFPA90A,andtheStandardfortheInstallationofWarmAirHeatingandAirConditioningSystems,NFPA90B.1.5Aproductthatcontainsfeatures,characteristics,components,materials,orsystemsnewordifferentfromthosecoveredbytherequirementsinthisstandard,andthatinvolvesariskoffireorofelectricshockorinjurytopersonsshallbeevaluatedusingappropriateadditionalcomponentandend-productrequirementstomaintainthelevelofsafetyasoriginallyanticipatedbytheintentofthisstandard.Aproductwhosefeatures,characteristics,components,materials,orsystemsconflictwithspecificrequirementsorprovisionsofthisstandarddoesnotcomplywiththisstandard.Revisionofrequirementsshallbeproposedandadoptedinconformancewiththemethodsemployedfordevelopment,revision,andimplementationofthisstandard.
