【摘要】:Thisstandardgivesguidanceonwritingthetechnicalspecificationfortheprocurementofboilerandhighpressurepipingvalvesincludingsafetyvalvesforuseinelectricitygeneratingstations(powerstations).ThisGuideforProcurementisnotapplicabletoequipmentforuseinthenuclearreactorplantareaofnuclearpowerstations.OtherpossibleapplicationsofsuchequipmenthavenotbeenconsideredinthepreparationofthisGuide.ThisGuidecoversvalves(includingsafetyvalves)forinstallationin-Boilerplants(watertubeboilers,shellboilers,boilerswithfluidizedbedfiring)-Highpressurepipingsystems-Livesteamlines-Hotreheatlines-Coldreheatlines-Feedwaterlines-SpraywaterlinesforHPandRH-attemperatorsandsteambypasssystems-Pumpminimumflowandbalancingleakofflines-Auxiliarysteamsupplylines-Condensatelines-Bledsteamlines--Steamandwaterdrains,ventsandwarminglinesTheequipmentcoveredbythisGuideisdefinedbyitsfunctionratherthandesigntype.Therefore,theguidancetothespecificationisstatedinperformancetermsratherthanbeingspecifiedbyadetaileddescriptionoftheequipmenttobesupplied.ThisGuideindicatestopotentialpurchasershowtheirspecificationshouldbepreparedsothat:-theequipmenttypeandcapacityinterfacescorrectlywithotherelementsofthesystems,-predictedperformanceisachieved;-ancillaryequipmentisproperlysized;-reliability,availabilityandsafetyrequirementsareachieved;-properconsiderationisgiventotheevaluationprocessandthequalitymeasurestobeapplied.ThisGuidedoesnotdeterminethetypeofspecification(e.g.detailed,performance,functional)ortheextentofsupplyforanygivencontractwhichisnormallydecidedonthebasisofthepurchaser'sprojectstrategy.Itdoesnotcover:-anycommercial,contractualorlegalissueswhicharenormallyinseparatepartsoftheenquiry;-anyallocationofresponsibilitieswhicharedeterminedbythecontract.ThisGuidedoesnotprescribethearrangementofthedocumentsintheenquiry.NOTE:AsacomprehensiveEuropeanenvironmentalpolicyisstillunderpreparation,thisGuidedoesnotaddresstheenvironmentalimplicationsoftheequipment.
