【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsrelatingtothedesign,manufacture,construction,safetyandperformance(efficiencyandemission)instructionsandmarkingtogetherwithassociatedtestmethodsandtestfuelsfortypetestingresidentialslowheatreleaseappliancesfiredbysolidfuel.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletohandfuelledintermittentburningslowheatreleaseapplianceshavingthermalstoragecapacitysuchthattheycanprovideheatforadeclaredperiodoftimeafterthefirehasgoneout.ThisEuropeanStandardalsospecifiesaminimumtimeperiodfromtheapplianceachievingthemaximumdifferentialsurfacetemperatureandfallingto50%ofthatmaximumvalue.Theseappliancesprovideheatintothespacewheretheyareinstalled.Theseslowheatreleaseappliancesmaybesuppliedeitherasanassembledapplianceorasamanufacturer’spre-designedunitconsistingofpre-fabricatedcomponentsdesignedtobebuiltonsiteinaccordancewiththemanufacturer’sspecifiedassemblyinstructions.Oneoffinstallationsarenotincluded.Theseappliancesmayburneithersolidmineralfuels,peatbriquettes,naturalormanufacturedwoodlogsorbemulti-fuelinaccordancewiththeappliancemanufacturer’sinstructions.Woodpelletswhicharehandfuelledmayalsobeburnedeitherontheexistingappliancebottomgrateorinaspecialbasketarrangementwhichisplacedbytheuserintotheexistingfirebox.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletomechanicallyfedappliances,applianceshavingfanassistedcombustionairorapplianceswithboiler.
